LeadRevive is an AI business suite that businesses use to manage their Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp conversations. When a business connects one of these channels, we store the conversations, connection details, and account information for that business, including data received through the Meta permissions the business granted us. This page explains how to ask us to delete that data, what the deletion removes and what it leaves in place, and the timing to expect. It applies to every connected channel (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp), and to people who messaged a business that uses LeadRevive. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
Option 1: Delete it yourself, in the app
The business's account admin can log in and go to Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete my account & all data. Despite the button's name, in its current form this removes the messaging-platform data described below; it does not close the account or remove billing records. After confirming with the business name and password, the deletion is scheduled for 7 days later. During that window it can be cancelled from the same screen. After the 7 days it is carried out automatically, so it is normally complete within about 8 days of your request. It removes:
- The stored connection credentials for every connected Messenger Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business account. We also ask Meta to stop sending us notifications for them, on a best-effort basis.
- Every conversation stored for the business, and everything stored with it: messages, attachment records, edit history, transcripts of voice notes and descriptions of photos, the AI analysis and summaries, and the orders, appointments, quotes, and digital deliveries linked to those conversations.
- Posts and comments we read from the connected accounts, and the analysis we generated from conversations. Disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account on the Connect Platforms page deletes that account's comments and posts on its own, without a deletion request.
This is permanent, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone once the 7 days pass. The orders linked to those conversations are removed too, so keep any records you need first; you can ask us for a copy. Files you uploaded to our file storage are removed when you ask us to delete them (see below). Copies in our providers' backups, if any, expire on the provider's normal cycle. The business can keep using LeadRevive afterwards, and can reconnect channels later.
Option 2: Request it by e-mail
If you can't use the app (for example the admin account is no longer accessible), or you want other data deleted, e-mail support@leadrevivebd.com with the business name, the Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number concerned, who you are, and what you want deleted. We check that the request comes from someone authorised for the business. We reply by e-mail, within the period set by law or, where none is set, within 30 days, to confirm we have it and to tell you what happens next. There are two kinds of request:
- Messaging-platform data: the data Option 1 removes. If we approve the request, the same 7-day waiting period applies, so it is complete at least 7 days after approval.
- Anything else: the items listed under What deletion does not remove, below. Our team handles these by hand, and our reply tells you what we will delete and what we keep.
If we decline or limit a request, we will tell you why, for example that we could not verify that you act for the business, or that the law requires us to keep the data. You can ask us for the status of your request at any time.
What deletion does not remove, and how to ask for it
The messaging-platform deletion (Option 1, or Option 2 for that data) covers data obtained through Meta's platforms. It does not remove the following, which stay until you ask us to delete them (or the law lets us delete them) and are not removed automatically:
- The business account and profile, team members' logins and e-mail addresses, catalog, knowledge base, Team Chat messages and tasks, and support tickets.
- Records created for deliveries and operations, such as shipment records (recipient name, phone, address, and tracking history), analytics and forecasting records, logs, and files stored with our storage provider.
- Billing, subscription, and invoice records, which we keep as long as accounting, tax, and other laws require, and the records of the deletion request itself.
- Copies held by others: Meta, the AI providers, courier companies, and calendar events in your own Google account. Ask them separately.
To have any of these deleted, e-mail us as in Option 2 and say which. These requests are handled by our team, not by an automatic tool. We will delete or anonymise what we have no legal or contractual need to keep, and tell you what we kept and why. While a deletion request is pending, your business is left out of peer comparison; comparison figures are deleted after a limited period, or at once if the business opts out. Closing the subscription is a separate step: cancelling in the Billing page ends billing but does not delete data.
If you messaged a business that uses LeadRevive
The business decides what happens to its own customers' data, so you can ask the business directly. You can also e-mail us with the business's name, the Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number you messaged, roughly when you messaged, and what you want deleted. We will pass your request to the business without delay and, where the law or Meta's terms require us to act ourselves, we will. These requests are handled by hand, and we may ask you for details to find your conversation. We reply within the period set by law or, where none is set, within 30 days. We will tell you the outcome, and if we can't delete something we will say why. Deleting data on our side does not remove copies the business made elsewhere.
Disconnecting a channel on its own
A business can disconnect a channel at any time in the app. This deletes the stored connection credentials for that channel and LeadRevive stops handling new messages from it. It does not delete the conversations already stored, does not ask Meta to stop sending notifications, and does not revoke the permissions the business gave on Meta's side. To remove those permissions, remove LeadRevive from the connected apps or business integrations in your Meta account settings. To delete the stored conversations, use Option 1, or Option 2 for messaging-platform data.
What gets deleted, in short
Through Option 1, or Option 2 for messaging-platform data: the connection credentials, all conversations and the messages, attachment records, analysis, orders, appointments, quotes, and digital deliveries linked to them, and the posts and comments read from the connected accounts. Everything else listed above stays until you ask us to delete it (Option 2). We also delete data obtained through Meta's platforms where Meta's terms or the law require it.
